:: Thought of the day... finally again... ::

a thought at the pool today... i was relaxing my body and mind inside the pool & saw a large bird in the blue (not in the water, if u r a cheeky person) sky

a story came into my mind...

a bird soaring freely in the sky looking down at the fishes in the ocean... it thought, how i wished i could be like a fish in the ocean... i dun have to be sweaty and smelly in the air, i can enjoy the seawater cleaning my body at the time... the recent haze, heat and glaring light from the sun will be shielded by the ocean water... i dun like my feathers that always itch my skin... my legs r so thin and ugly... being a fish is so much better...

a fish through the waters, saw the bird flying high up in the sky... it thought, how i wished i could be like a bird in the sky... i dun have wash away by the strong ocean current and bump into other fishes... i was be able to fly away from the water pollution and the oil spill... i dun like my short fins and tails... i want to stand on the ground and breathe the air like a bird... being a bird is so much better.

imagine if the bird that swims in the ocean and the fish flying in the sky, both would not survive for long...

if both the bird and fish knew they can't change their appearance and situation, then they should learn to change something easier... their mindset... & shine from there...

these thoughts r much like the thoughts within many ppl who r not happy with their current state and situation... & wanted a change... but b4 having a change, pls always decide whether r u able to handle it?

nature or dna has designed each animals to be able to survive in different environment... going against it may hit the full stop...

fortunately humans r able to adopt to changes well... but requires time for a progressive mindset change...

be it how we r and how we appear to be... we can't really make much changes to the core... but we could cover it up with something like makeup and clothes... or going under the knife...

a positive and correct mindset is always impt for survival...

recently when i was on my way back... a tv was playing this song... it caught my attention & stood there, enjoying this song... the lyrics move my heart and soul... been a long time that a song had captivated me since "Faye Wong - Eyes on me (FF7 theme song)" back in 1998
