:: A trick that works too well... ::

Recently I played a trick on 1 of my frens... Carrot... & it worked too well & the outcome was too unexpected... lol...

Well, it is nothing new that I always play tricks on frenz... especially my sister is 1 of the top victims... but beware of her... i imparted many of my tricks on her... she might 1day turn it against her frenz...

Alrite back to Carrot... he was mesmerizied by a recent Indian film... 3 Idiots... it is indeed a very good movie... 1 of the best so far... he shared it on facebook and even tried to convince me to watch it too over msn...

So I watched it too... an evil plot came into my mind... the movie kinda ended happily with the 3 best frenz and the lead's gf walking away...

Also the movie is quite smartly arranged together from a couple of jokes & filled with alot of surprise elements...

I felt that i could turn this movie's plot plus Carrot's curiosity & interest for this movie into my favour... by setting a simple trap for Carrot...

I went to Carrot's facebook page & post a comment, "oh... did u guys watch until the part after the credits & sub-titles r out?"

Also i need to be sure that there isn't anything after the credits too... so I did a check on it...

This film is an Indian language film, so there's a very much higher tendency that most Chinese will just skip it...

Based on my statement... it will surely stir up Carrot's curiosity...

& it works~!! Carrot replied, "
what happen after that credits n subtitles?"

When I received an alert on my hp, I couldn't help myself from laughing away... I held myself back & decided not to do anything... expecting Carrot would go deeper into my trap & check it out himself...

Not long later... Carrot made another comment & laugh even harder... "
zzz u super kajiao again. nth at the back la!"

It is not the 1st time, Carrot fell into my traps... HAHA...

Unexpectedly, Carrot told his mum that a fren said there's something after the credits... Carrot's assumption got him wrong... lol... i only check if they watched until the part after the credits r over... poor Carrot's mum also fell into my trap...

Carrot got a big heart... I know he will surely laugh it off also... but I'm not sure abt his mum... I felt bad abt it...

seeing Carrot falling for my tricks is fun~!! coz he knows that I'm a trickster... so he will be always on his guard... & it would be a greater challenge for me each time...

Here r some tips on how to trick/surprise ppl:
1) do it when they r at their weakness... of coz not when they r about to undergo a mental breakdown or helpless moment... do it when they r tired or let their guard down...
2) knowing your targets well will be an advantage... know their likings, habits or things that they do often...
3) keep it as a low tone... the less ppl knows or u need the better it is...
4) behavior normally...
5) always give mixed signals to confuse your targets...

Here r some NOT or pointers to be careful of:
1) Never hurt ur target physically or emotionally on a long term... the aftermath effect should be lots of laughter together... forge good memories...
2) Always consider whether it is safe to play the practical jokes a few times b4 execution... a sudden shock attack is never good for the weak-hearted...
3) Never place ur targets on any situation that u dun wan urself to be in...
4) Never make use of ur victim's love & emotions for u...
5) Never keep ur victims in the dark for too long... the sooner u can uncover the truth... the better it is... if u keep ur victims in the dark for too long... their imagination may go wild, negative emotions may grow...

With that I'll end here with a take-home msg...
Practices do make perfect... but a moment of folly may lead to a lifetime of regrets...

& an mtv "Aal Izz Well" (All is well)...
to mark my victory over Carrot... plus a sincere apology to his mum...
In the 3 idiots movie, saying "All is well" to ur heart... would help to calm urself down...
it is a gd film... catch it =)
