:: It's been awhile... 8yrs... ::

Finally got a chance to meet up with Dennis today for high tea + dinner... he hasn't changed much in term of appearance & nature... both high tea & dinner were recommended by him...

we had high tea at K ki... it sounds totally like Cake in Japanese (ke-ki; ケーキ)... i believe dat how the owner come out with the name of the store ba...

their specialty is in cheese cake... light & soft... it goes well with tea/coffee... i rmb only seeing strawberry, passion fruit, chocolate & plain flavors today...

their cakes comes with weird names too... eg: a champagne mousse with wild strawberry centre cake is called Emily... i wanted to try dat but Dennis ordered a similar coconut mousse with passion fruit-flavored version called Kinabaru... it is still quite nice for a moment i tot it tasted like mango, i guess dat is Dennis's favourite cake ba... coz he ordered 1 for himself & another for me...

we chat abt alot of stuff... i refrained from asking abt his ex-gf, Jiale... & i'm glad he is happy with his current gf who been with him for 5yrs already...
